GET THE FLOW GOING
Makko Ho. Exercises. With a total of 6 exercises, which are similar to yoga exercises, it is possible to balance and harmonize your own Ki flow
I would like to recommend to anyone who has no experience with yoga or similar exercises to first learn the exercises accompanied and only then to continue practising independently (!).

The exercises should be performed slowly with the movements coinciding with the phases of breathing out. The focus should be on letting go and not on the stretching itself. The most important aspect of the Makko Ho exercises is not so much the physical aspect, but the flow of energy.
Ambition and manipulation of the breathing lead to tension, reduce the energy flow and increase the risk of getting hurt. Deep breaths should be taken when the body indicates its natural desire to do so. The flexibility of the body will automatically adjust to the balancing of the energy flow.
In his book “Meridian stretching exercises”, Shizuto Masunaga describes the breathing technique used with the picture of a balloon that expands to all sides and then flags again – I have found this image very helpful.
The exercises should always be practised in the sequence given. All exercises can be performed on a yoga mat, a futon mattress or a thick carpet
Have fun. Get relaxt.
And as always
Be realistic…plan a miracle!
Ok. – Let’s go !
In the beginning, place your legs apart at shoulder length and initiate contact with the ground through the soles of your feet by moving forward and backward slowly.
Come to a stop in a position where both feet support your body weight equally. Then raise your arms, closing your physical eyes and opening your inner ones.
You are now anchored between the Sky and the Earth and can begin the first exercise.
I recommend staying focused on yourself throughout these exercises and regarding the position changes as part of the exercises.
Focus your attention into your open palms to establish a connection to the cosmos, just as you have previously established a connection to the ground through your feet.
